Kathy Knutson, Ph.D., PCQI , is the former Chair of the Education Committee for the National Cannabis Industry Association and author of Food Safety Lessons for Cannabis-Infused Edibles. Knutson is certified in HACCP, a Lead Instructor for FDA-mandated PCQIs, and consults with companies on subjects ranging from microbial risk assessments to Food and Drug Administration (FDA) compliance.
